This is a wild Canthigaster jactator.
It was about an inch and a half long and lives in Hanauma Bay.
This was the best behaving Hawaiian toby that day and seemed to enjoy having his picture taken. Entry #3:

Age - Had him about 13 months, was about 3/4 of an inch when I bought him.
