Black teeth??
I've noticed for a while now that both my SAP's have black teeth. The teeth are not over grown. They eat perfectly fine, they're swimming around and being normal. It's just a bit confusing though, is this normal or have I done something wrong?

What--you're not brushing them everyday?

I've never heard of that either. Is there anything unusual in their tank? An algae, type of snail, etc?
Pictures would be great, if you can get them.

I was so going to say that.
The white strips work wonders... I wonder if they make them in beak size.

Re: Black teeth??
There isn't much algae in the tank because my pleco's eat all that, I feed them mostly bloodworm. Maybe it's stained their teeth?
Not all of their teeth are black either, on one SAP it's like on one half near the gum. And on the other it's on one half near the bottom of the tooth. Sorry they don't stay still long enough for me to get a picture.
Do you think their teeth really are rotton?

Nah, just kidding. They're probably fine, though a picture would prove interesting.
