dogface rescue

so i rescued a dogface from a chain petstore, i brought him home and placed him in a 40 gal qt. I bought some clams and split one open and placed in the tank and he loved it, gave him some pellet food that contained garlic this morning and he had a few. He is now hanging out under a piece of rock that i placed in there for him. Do they pretty much just hang out? Any other suggestions on what i can do for this guy?

For the first couple of days they do tend to hide out. But IME, they can get lazy too and some like to lounge around during most of the day.
What tank is he going in?

i will def post a pic when i can get one,when i get the camera out he hides! He is so funny his color changes, it goes from light to dark. hes a character, from what one of the girls at the petstore told me he likes his belly rubbed :shock: i dont know if i'll be trying that just yet :D . We are calling him Frank! LOL
