Ghost Shrimp Picking on Max

I had put one ghost shrimp in with my new Dwarf Puffers. Sunday when I started feeding the DP's the ghost shrimp pounced on little Max [DP] and was taking is bloodworms! Needless to say the GS is now living with Harry [GSP]. I was just really surprised by that. The GS is bigger than the DP's. I'm glad that we hand feed our little guys. They're so cute.

I had my ghost shrimp do that to my DPs a few times, unlike the amano shrimp, who were always polite and kept to their algae. Both amano shrimp are alive two years later. The ghost shrimp vanished after a couple months. Coincidence?

Makes me think of the time when a GS kept getting in Harry's face. He finally bit it in half. Harry showed that shrimp.

lol well i know some animals are supid but i never thought i would know one as bad as ghost shrimp i had one that got pretty big and he jumped on and road my red-eye puffer around the tank it puffed and there was a ton of hubbub and when it all claimed down i go to sleep can when i wake up the puffer to small to truely eat the shrimp had bitten off the things head and was eating his insides. i was proud i didnt have to settle it for him and that he could take care of himself but needless to say he now only houses with a little vanpire shrimp i found ( big fan feeding shrimp that the puffer couldnt even hurt ... i think well he has his rock and the puffer has the rest they dont mind each other at all)
