any textured surface will become biological after time in the tank. I have about 150lbs in the 55g now just looking to clean up the look some. I'm also looking for something to put in the pico tank I'm building.

there is a DIY homemade live rock recipe out there somewhere let me see if i can find the link,

here it is, little bit lengthy but a really good read, havn't tried it but sounds very intriguing if you were setting up a large marine tank on a small budget.

60g with 2 angels, 1 yoyo loach, Upside down catfish, Clown Loach, 1 leopard Ctenopoma, 12 black skirt tetras and a L201 Pleco

30g GSP tank (soon to be 35 gal Hex)
