Not exactly for pufferpedia....however thought it was interesting, and possibly important!
Have you all seen this?!
http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod ... catid=1724
It's a link to a filefish that can be purchased from liveaquaria.com that MOCKS a valentini. Just a heads up as something we might want to watch out for in the trade. Not to get, necessarily, but to keep from mix up.
Maybe everyone else knows about this, but I found it interesting.
Have a great nite!
Jess

I'm always intrigued how evolution allows different species to cope better with there enviroment. Sometimes it makes me wonder where the human race will be in 1000 years.

Wow that's intriguing. Can you imagine what it would be like to be a knock-off human, with the regular human physique but inferior mental capabilities?

Sounds like the movie Idiocracy to me:

No matter how magnificent your successes or devastating your failures, the worlds' approximately 5 billion impoverished people could not possibly care less.
Re: Heads up! Have you seen this?!
IMO, unless things change drastically, humans at this point aren't much affected by selection. Along with our civilization came remedies for most natural selection pressures with much potential for change (ie. housing, clothing, medicine, etc.)... if you think about it, almost anyone can (and does) reproduce these days.inkmates wrote:I'm always intrigued how evolution allows different species to cope better with there enviroment. Of course there will always be things like genetic drift to vary the population though
