Is it sad I've already named our new congo, even though we've not actually got him yet? :D

He's gonna be called Tater (as in 'potato').

My GSP's name is Hamlet! I am a huge Shakespeare freak and will be having a nice big skull in the tank for him to live in! (Of course, if you read the book, the skull is part of the great quote "To be or not to be...") I cant wait! Now to just find a skull big enough!

The skull, as in "Alas, poor Yorick, I knew him, Horatio..."
My big GSP is named Shakespeare, as per my avatar.

Hang on mate, I thought Walmart was like...a supermarket? Since when do they sell fish, especially puffers? That's a cool puffer ya got there!

Walmart sells everything man...I know its creepy ( I wouldnt buy pets from them). But in so many places Walmart is the only store for most things. I grew up in an area that blocked Wal-Mart and now have no desire to visit one though. So my actual experience is limited having not been in one but I liken it to a K-Mart on drugs.

We don't have Walmart in Australia - I suppose the closest thing to it is what we call IGA, it's a fast crappy supermarket thing. Thing is, they don't sell fish. The creeks, rivers and oceans sell me my fish!! :D

Have any large general store that sells clothes, electronics, household items, furniture, music, dvds, dry goods and select foods and so forth. That is a Wal-Mart, K-Mart or Target here. Wal-Mart and target go crazy and offer full grocery stores in some locations and I guess Wal-Mart goes even further. Think of Wal-Mart as a giant store that sells everything cheap and doesnt carry premuim good for the most part.

I want to visit Australia. I hink I like almost everything I hear about Australia really. The one nerf ball is Australias supply of fast cars that can't be used thanks to ultra aggressive speeding laws.I hear it is almost impossible for a European or North American to go there and drive without getting a speeding ticket. If thats the worst point of Australia well... I may need to relocate. :D

Our three GSPs are Chubby, Jimmy, and Bruce. I tend to call Chubby "Chubbiness" or "Mister Chubby", Jimmy becomes "Jimmy Wimmy", and Bruce becomes "my little Bruciness" :D

Ours, shockingly, came from Wal-Mart as well. Would NEVER buy fish there, but my husband kept visiting the puffer tank every single time we had to go for something. After about a month and a half I gave in...not regretting a moment of it.

The laws don't stop anyone from doing it! There simply aren't enough cops to go around the largest island in the world with only 20m people (sounds like heaps but it isn't if you compare it with the US and china and so on) so people just speed and don't really get caught. If you want ultra-safe driving go to New Zealand! :badboy: :ROFL2:

BTW we have K-Mart and Target here too.

I dont even have my puffers yet but I know what their names will be, Ra and Isis

My porky puffer was named Titan, he was a beast to say the least, around 26 inches, he took up a good portion of my old mans 400 gallon tank- he died 2 years ago :( , rest in peace little man.
