How are they doing so far? Did you get medicine to treat the IP yet?
I think your best course of action is to treat the bucket with IP meds (like praziquantel) until they start to eat. From there things will get much easier.

Oh I'm so sorry to hear that. I suppose it was to be expected - horrible as that sounds - but at least they had someone trying to save them.
