Dwarf puffers + Blood Parrot?!

Has anyone tried having Dwarf puffers with blood parrots? I had a Fig 8 puffer for 5 years and she recently died, I turned my tank fresh after her, because I just couldn't find fig 8s in LA. And she is the only fig 8 for me! Anyway, I returned my scats to the store, and got three dwarf puffers (each less 1/2"), one 1.5" blood parrot, and one 1/2" otto. I kept my one molly that was in brackish water before, and he is doing fine in fresh water, he has a weird tumor on his tail so I didn't want to give him to the store.
So this is what i have now:
50 g tank,
3 dwarf puffers
1 otto
1 molly
1 blood parrot

I read on some website that you can keep them together, have I made a mistake? Everyone is doing fine for now, blood parrot is still a little excited, and my molly really likes following him around (they're both orange and I think my molly is confused!!).

that blood parrot is going to grow over 6" and when he does i wouldnt doubt that the dwarf puffers would turn into a lovly snack along with the otto, and molly. i keep two blood parrots along with my senegalus bichir and gibby pleco. the smallest being a 2" BP who has an attitude from hell and they all take care for themselves but if i added a DP it would only be a snack for the BP. for now it might be fine but as soon as they grow the DW will turn into food cus the DP arnt gonna grow much.

P.s. the BP (if its a Female, and has a hiding spot) can lay eggs, even without a male and if she does can turn rather hostile to all tank mates until she eats the unfertalized eggs, and i saw her going after my 7" gibby pleco which could kick her butt lol so trust me they got an attitude when they want too.

That's so sad!! Even if there are a lot of plants and caves in the tank? They really seem to not even see each other at all..

How fast does the parrot grow, Maybe I'll keep them for a few months and move the puffers to a 10g later?

yea i would move the puffers cus they would do fine in a 10 gal, its a chance if theyre are a bunch of plants they could last for a while just cus they have a crappy mouth for hunting but all you can do is keep and eye on them and hope.

oh and i would say the BP grow pretty standard, not super fast but not super slow.

Do NOT put any small puffers with cichlids. Even if they are the same size, it's kinda risky.

Why? When I first started my 55G, I thought it was huge and that I could get whatever I wanted. I got a F8 (not knowing what it was) and my convict ate it. He spit him out and I had to rehabilitate him. Apparently, the F8 Puffed, and it almost killed my convict.

Thanks this really helped! I definitely won't keep them together then. Is there an option of putting a tank divider? I want to keep them all and for the next 4 months I can't set up another tank. I've never used tank dividers before, are there good ones around?

IDK much about tank dividers but i assume they should work for short term, its a better solution if you wanna keep the fish than having to get rid of them or risk them dieing. i know they sell ones at petsmart and stuff that look pretty good but i think i remember pufferpunk saying she has used them so maybe she will see this and put in her opinion.

so your gonna keep the BP in the 50g?

the otto and DP will get along good. mollys arnt my favorite lol i have always gotten really mean mollies lol so if yours is nive then cool but i havnt had good luck with them in my community they always beat up on my gouramis.
