I sympathize Cisc. I checked fishbase and all over the net for the proper way to care fro my puffers. Wetwebmedia sent me here and I have learned more from this site than the rest of the net combined.

There is some arguement about where Tetraodon nigroviridis live in the wild, and whether they migrate from saltwater to fresh or vise versa...

there is a general agreement that the fish lead longer (up to 20 years), happier, healthier lives in brackish water.... at least while they are being kept in captivity...
