my red eye is always realy round and not in a fat way it looke like he always jsut ate yes but he is also that big around hes really really weird shaped any thoughts

It sounds like your puffer is fat. If he's swollen looking, it could be some kind of irritation, does he eat bloodworms? Some people have swelling from those.

so probaly not becouse i feed him a bit of every thing ( most likely a male but not sure) he was smaller and ended up floating around with his tail kinda tucked and the red stripe on her belly ( which i think it might be a male becouse of the fact ) it has a little ridge

this fish never sises to amaze me because today i come over to the tank and i looked like it was eating a large worm ( because of its appearance but under better inspection i think it actually sucked the rams horn snail from its shell and started to devour it ) its at the moment playing with the shell but im not thinking thats gunna save me from dentistry so any thoughts as to how i can get it to eat the whole snail

Use smaller snails he has to crush to eat at all, that usually works.

i tried that with very mixed resualts first he just sucked them out then the last one he crunched up it makes no sense ( his mouth is so tiny )
