My older brother was the one who got me into fish, He owns ALOT of Flowerhorns, I guess you could say he's my Mentor with fishes, I had a Green Spotted Puffer but when it was in the hospital tank it got sucked into the cycle filter and Blew up and died!
He got me a new puffer, I found out it was a fangs puffer, with a cute little red target on the end of it's body. When I got it, I thought the cloudy eye was normal (I just thought it was a design), I've had the puffer for about 2 weeks already and he's been sittin on the cloudy eyes since then, When I found out it was a cloudy eye I held off till pay day and bought some Metafix, I put some in my 20 gallon tank today I was wondering, will he be able to see again?! I noticed too that he wasn't eating the frozen blood worms everytime I threw it in there the stupid turtle ended up eating it all.
Bowser's (The Puffer) Tank Mates are 2 Flowerhorns which, I recently put in today they are about 1 inch, and a Plecostamous. I recently took out the Turtle cause it seemed like it was making the tank REALLY Dirty.
And when I work up this morning he went Ape Sh*T slamming into the glass and gravel
But yea, is it too late to treat my puffer?!

Read this before posting!!
Since this board has been up, we have found there are several questions that routinely get asked in order to help diagnose problems. If you can have that information to begin with in your post, we'll be able to help right away (if we can!) without having to wait for you to post the info we need.
1) Your water parameters - pH, Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrates and salinity (if appropriate). This is by far the most important information you can provide! Do not answer this with "Fine" "Perfect" "ok", that tells us nothing. We need hard numbers.
2) Tank size and a list of ALL inhabitants. Include algae eaters, plecos, everything. We need to know what you have and how big the tank is.
3) Feeding, water change schedule and a list of all products you are using or have added to the tank (examples: Cycle, Amquel, salt, etc)
4) What changes you've made in the tank in the last week or so. Sometimes its the little things that make all the difference.
5) How long the aquarium has been set up, and how did you cycle it? If you don't know what cycling is read this: Fishless Cycling Article and familiarize yourself with all the information. Yes. All of it.
We want to help, and providing this information will go a LONG way to getting a diagnosis and hopeful cure that much faster.
While you wait for assistance:
One of the easiest and best ways to help your fish feel better is clean water! If you are already on a regular water change schedule (50% weekly is recommended) a good step to making your fish more comfortable while waiting for diagnosis/suggestions is to do a large water change immediately. Feel free to repeat daily or as often as you can, clean water is always a good thing! Use of Amquel or Prime as a dechlor may help with any ammonia or nitrite issues, and is highly recommended.
Note - if you do not normally do large water changes, doing a sudden, large water change could shock your fish by suddenly changing their established water chemistry. Clean water is still your first goal, so in this case, do several smaller (10%) water changes over the next day or two before starting any large ones.

He might end up with a blind eye. Shakespeare has a blind eye from a fairly brief cloudy eye experience, it seems to have scarred his cornea. OTOH, some fish have cloudy eye for a long time and it never causes scarring.

They are usually blind in the cloudy eye while it's cloudy, if they remain that way afterwards can go either way.

Is your puffer eating at all? I am going through the same thing with a porcupine puffer. She was not eating because both her eyes were cloudy and she could not see the food. I started feeding her through a syringe to keep her from starving to death. You may have to do that also if it's not eating. What are your water parameters? You need to keep the water as clean as possible for the eye to heal. It is possible for it to heal on it's own with clean water or you may have to use meds to clear it up. I spoke to a vet about Selena's eyes and he said that he has seen puffers go for months with cloudy eyes with no side effects. Like no blindness after they healed. So it is possible that your puffer is not blind. But as Nick said as long as the eye is cloudy the puffer cannot see.

I'm really trying hard to revive him but I think he's going, so... I'm probably going to make a stop at Global Aquatics today to get another one, but I will keep trying to revive him, everytime I drop food in there he Squirms and goes crazy all over the tank then he get's stiff but after that he relaxes and breathes it's like he's having Seizures.

It's a 10g? You said 20g in your 1st post. You have it in with 2 flowerhorns a pleco & before that a turtle? And you want to get another puffer before you know what's wrong with this one or before it's even dead yet?

Flowerhorns are one of the meanest of the cichlids and in our opinion are not good tank mates for a small puffer. Eventually the Flowerhorns will likely kill or at least suck the eyes out of your puffer. Unless you want to be a member of the Kill-a-Fish-a-Week Club, we suggest raising one or the other but not both in the same tank.
