Puffer Poo

Does the color indicate anything? My puffer usually has pellet sized dark poo but sometimes its red.

I think it depends on what kind of things they are eating. Have you been feeding anything different lately?

I usually feed my fish freeze dried blood worms and the color changes still happen.

Red/brown is good. White and stringy thing poo is a warning sign.

Usually must means their digestive system is running a bit on the fast side, or the food was very soft and easy to digest, but I'd keep an eye on it.
