Always feed them raw foods. Fish don't use the kitchen

Check out the puffer food articles in the library. There are tons of options.

I've been feeding my baby F8 a combination of:

freeze dried bloodworms
freeze dried krill
freeze dried ocean plankinton
snails
frozen mysis shrimp

Each day I'll change what I give him to keep the variety in his diet.

All of his food except the snails are soaked in water to either rehydrate or defrost.

I feed frozen mysis shrimp, frozen bloodworms, frozen uncooked w/shell on shrimp from the market, frozen brine shrimp. I also try sun-dried baby shrimp occasionally though my F8s aren't crazy about it.

I also feed live pond snails. I will be adding ghost shrimp soon (as soon as quarantine is over). I try to not feed the same thing two days in a row.

I usually feed bloodworms in the morning, and either krill or plankinton at night. I mix it up with mysis shrimp also. I've read that freeze dried brine shrimp isn't that beneficial to them, not a lot of "good for them" stuff in it. Anyone else come across that? I have brine shrimp, but they're not crazy about it either.
