Plants for Brackish Tank

I know this question has been answered before but I couldn't really find a good thread on it. I want some plants for my brackish tank and then I am also looking for plants for my boyfriends soon to be salt water tank. Is there any site that I can see some pictures of the plants before I buy them or some names so I can ask about my boss to order some for me? Alot of the other people give some names but I have never heard of any of these plants and I would like to see some pictures. Thanks for all the help!

I keep bacopa, java fern, cryps, anubias, swords and red tiger lotus in my brackish tank.

I set my tank up as a FW tank, allowed the plants to take root, then started adding salt VERY slowly (a 1tbsp every couple days). Once I had the salt levels where I wanted I added my puffers from the QT tank.

I guess it will depend on your java fern/moss. I have both Java Moss and Fern in my freshwater and moved them to my brackish (1.005) and the fern was okay, but didn't grow much at all and started to turn black in areas. Over 3-4months its still alive and growing, just not thriving like it did in freshwater. The java moss I had, died within 2 weeks in brackish.

granted, they don't do quite as well in brackish as in fresh, but are generally very tolerable.
the ferns I had were stored in fresh when I bought them, and I just dropped them straight in.
I do have a feeling they won't last too much longer though as I'll be increasing the salinity over the next few months, so my freshwater tank may find itself over run with ferns

We have some Java Ferms at work and I was just wondering how to care for them just plant them in the rocks? Do I have to feed them? I want a plant that my puffer can eat on if he wants. I am going to have my boss order me some moss balls and I think I am going to save up and get a 75 gallon. I have been looking at craigslist but no one has a good deal on them in my area. I can get it from work for $220 for the tank, glass top, and light. I have been wanting a big tank for so long and I'm finally gonna get one, and since I have gsps I am going to set it up for salt water so the plants will just stay in my old tank and when I move the gsps I will get some dps. Do they eat plants?

Neither GSP's nor DP's eat plants much. GSP's make damage them nipping spots they suspect to be food, but I've never seen them swallow these. Java fern is best anchored to a large rock or piece decor, it has a ivy-like creeper than will die if it gets too little water flow.
