Re: Show your face!
Lookin good, Nick!
we use a Chemex coffee maker and we grind our own beans. very good.
also, possibly the strongest richest coffee ever is made in the woods over a fire.
1. go out in the woods or wild environment (hiking, hunting, fishing, etc...)
2. build fire.
3. find kettle, or old-as-dirt perc.
4. put beans (preferably ground, but will still work whole) in kettle.
5. put on fire.
6. let come to boil.
7. take off fire.
8. add shot of cold water (makes beans/grounds fall from coffee to bottom of the pot).
9. enjoy. (not for nancy pancy coffee drinkers, this is very strong).
ps. don't drink that last cup of coffee

Nick is also missing the one cup, delicately cradled in his hands, of slowly roasted gourmet Turkish Coffee with an exactly sized dallop of honey.

He is a A. Meleagris in the golden variation. I had him shipped in from Atlanta. I am smitten.
