Sea Chem Nutri Diets
I was wondering how you guys felt about seachems Nutridiet foods, specifically the shrimp. I've been using it so far for about six months and it seems to do a pretty good job at keeping my puffers happy and their teeth worn down. I use this in addition with mysis shrimp and all three of my puffers seem to be healthy as horses. What do you guys think?

I've always been under the impression that mealworms were too fatty for fish. Also, their chiton (outer skin) is extremely difficult to digest.
