Re: BBG bullying GSP
It killed my small 3/4 GSP the new GSP is a lot bigger about 1 1/2 inches not counting its tail, but the little devil BBG is keeping him at the top of the tank by biting his tail. I'm at a loss what to do I don't have another brackish tank and the lfs don't take back fish.

Re: BBG bullying GSP
I have 5 BBGs in with my GSP and they don't bother each other in the slightest, in fact, this is the first time I have heard of that happening, so all I can suggest is to keep both of them well fed and keep an eye on them for a while and see if they settle down. I'm assuming there's plenty of decor, plants, rock etc. to keep them both occupied as well

Re: BBG bullying GSP
can you explain how you know the BBG killed your first GSP...
what happened exactly....
what size is your tank?
can you post your parameters so we can check what's going on in that respect..?
Maybe you put a few more BBG in there, might divert the aggression....
alternatively you must try and re-home the BBG... or the puffer, you must have got the puffer from somewhere, so why can't you take one fish back....?

Re: BBG bullying GSP
I'd get another tank, the goby won't be able to deal with the high brackish the GSP will eventualy need anyway. My BBGs harassed my DPs for a while, nipping their tails... until the DPs bit them a couple times and showed them who has a beak and who doesn't. Now it's generally quiet...
