Perhaps your little baby needs time to adjust. Have you tried using the tricks in the library "problems feeding your puffer"? If not here is a link: http://www.thepufferforum.com/forum/lib ... ur-puffer/

If that does not work I would post in the hospital section ASAP. I hope your baby feels better soon!

Try bloodworms, they are sadly Shelby's favorite.
That is all she would eat when I got her. Also try mealworms! Shelby loves them too!

Have you gotten your puffer to eat yet? I finally had a little success with mine. I purchased some siversides, defrosted them in tank water and soaked in liquid garlic. I put the siverside right in front of the powerhead where she was swimming and she went for it. At first she spit it out but I put it right back in front of the power head and she went for it again. I got her to eat two small ones she would not go for the cut up or big siversides. I have been working on her for a little more than a week. Just don't give up! I had to start her on live ghost shrimp but I'm getting better at tricking her. It's sort of funny when you think about it. You teach a dog tricks but a puffer will teach you tricks. :ROFL2:

With puffers I think tricking them is the key. Most of the time with picky puffers, it seems like they just dont recognize the other stuff as food.

My major concern still lies with his tank mates--intimidating him out of eating.
You are getting sleepy... you only hear the sound of my voice... you must do water changes... water changes... water changes... water changes...

Can you post a few tank shots. I am also assuming for triggers that blue throats are pretty mild.
