questions about feeding a F8

Post by spjacobsen »

hey, i have a f8, had him for about a month...right now i'm feeding him twice a day, in the morning a half a krill and in the afternoon some bloodworms....yet he always seems to want more...he's always swimming around the top of the water, back and forth looking for more handouts...should i be feeding him more? should i be feeding him something else? any advice would be awesome!

Hehehe. Welcome to Puffers, the forever-begging fish! It doesn't matter how much you feed them, they'll always be begging for more. According to my understanding, you probably shouldn't feed them more than once a day when they're little, and then the feedings can be spaced out a bit as they mature.

Wait for some other posts about this, though, as I don't have my F8 yet. :(
