He isn't doing any better. He won't accept the food in anyway. I have run out of options. I am too scared to tube feed him. any remaing suggestions?

Try treating the water, I've been told it can work with levimisole.

Treating the water seems to be the only thing left you can try, maybe it worth trying something like jungle labs parasite clear and dosing the whole tank. It may not work but its gotta be worth a try. You might lose him he might some through it, either way at least you tried everything.

This may be off, but I'd try feeding him food soaked in the levimisole after adding it to the water. He might not notice the off taste in the food when EVERYTHING tastes like that all the time to him.

Make sure to clean the tank very well before adding anybody else.

And I'm very sorry for your loss. I was really hoping he'd pull through. :(
