Water Changes - How Often?

hey, i have a 25 gallon brackish tank with one f8 and 4 random hardy fish. i'm wondering how often i should do water changes, and what % of the water should i be replacing? Any advice would be awesome, thanks

Just to dave on salt, I do 50% weekly on my BW tank. My FW get 75% & my discus get 90%

thanks...also, how often should i be changing the filter (charcoal filter?) ? Will changing the filter affect any levels in the thank, like the SG?

I do not use any carbon in my FW/BW tanks. I rinse out the sponge about every other week & change the filter floss monthly. I use Aquaclear HOB filters.
