I am super super excited for him to come home. He will be here in about 5 hours and I just cannot stop thinking about him...(I am crazy huh?)
I have to wait until my husband gets off work so he can bring him home and it seems like forever. But as soon as he gets here I am gonna get some pictures up immediately. My husband called on his lunch break when he stopped by the store and says that he is about 2 1/2 inches long right now and he looks great!! In the meanwhile...Does anyone here own a fahaka? If so, share some stories with me to pass the time.
And hopefully no one thinks I have lost my mind.

2 1/2 inches is pretty small for a fahaka. Are you gonna put him in the 125, or wait till he gets bigger?

Congrats on finding your little guy! I got my fahaka as a little guy also and it has been so cool watching him grow. They grow really fast so take a lot of pictures

He'll be much better off in the 125g now. Immagine how happy he'll be in there!

Okay everyone...I got him!!! He is so awesome. He is in the 125g right now and he is loving all of the room to explore. Please don't be mad at me but I forgot to get batteries for my camera...
Tomorrow I am getting batteries unless I can find some laying around or steal them from some household appliance tonight.
Let me find some...I need to show everyone!! lol

Here he is!!! No name yet but very dapper indeed.
And he's done with the camera....(my old batteries died...
)
When I get some new batteries I will get pictures of the whole tank for everyone.
Enjoy!!

Yeah I figure once he settles down he will be bright and happy. He did eat some krill tonight so that is a plus.
