Or will it turn into food soon? Anybody got any experience with this combination? Or another puffer with an harlequin...?
Thank you

GSPs are likely to eventually kill any shrimp. Some have had luck with valentinis and cleaner shrimp.
No matter how magnificent your successes or devastating your failures, the worlds' approximately 5 billion impoverished people could not possibly care less.

You can trust your shrimp will be gone eventually.

Puffer say. "YUM"! I'm looking for a Harlequin right now for my reef tank, to eat all those pesky astrina stars that are all over my zoas.
You are getting sleepy... you only hear the sound of my voice... you must do water changes... water changes... water changes... water changes...

Ok. It's not what I wanted to hear, but at least now I know what I could have expected if I tried...
I guess the harlequin is going to have to go then.
Thank you

Pirus my Canthigaster Solandri is in a reef tank with two skunk cleaner shrimps and two camel backed shrimps and hasn't shown any interest in them. He is more interested in the food I put in for him. The cleaner shrimps persue him all over the tank as well
. I am sure they think his blue spots are some sort of disease that needs their attention
. Mind I have only had him just over a week so it is early days yet.

My Valentini leave my hermits & snails alone.

Hmm, ok...so some puffer species seem to be more docile <> shrimps and stuff. Still, I think I'm going to go for the GSP, but I'm not sure. In the end my current set-up might not allow to keep any puffer at all. Still have to make some decisions...
And I'm located in Belgium pufferpunk, so it won't be possible to sell you the harlequin
