Okay, so I have had my three DP's for about 4 months now (maybe 5 or 6, can't remember). I have 1 boy, 1 big girl, and 1 little girl. The big girl is big because she's always picking on, chasing and stealing the little girls food, making her the big one, and the little one little.
about a week ago, I walked into my room to see the big girl latched onto the little ones fin! I used my thermometer to scare the big girl off. Little one is fine, but i'm worried she's not getting enough food, and getting picked on.
Any ideas? Should I cycle another 10 gal. and move the little one to another tank? Or will they be fine?

Move the big one, not the little one. The big one, being more aggressive, may start picking on the male. My big female DP is the tank boss.
