New GSP + Snail Questions

First of all, I absolutely love my new GSP. He is such a cutie pie! I just sit at his tanking watching him for hours! Today my boyfriend told me to try and feed him by hand and I did and he ate! It was really quite humorous because I've read all these posts on here about getting bit so I was really quite nervous about the whole thing, haha. I think my boyfriend wanted to see if I would get bit I don't know how all of you with giant puffers hand feed them, it would scare me to death! I was once bit by my sheep while feeding it and now I'm afraid of hand feeding anything

Anyways, he is currently in freshwater and I will be slowly raising him to brackish and then to full marine. At some point when I get a bigger tank for my current saltwater fish he will get the 30 gallon tank.

How does one go about breeding snails? I was trying to google for some articles but I couldn't find anything. All of the articles on here I tried to find led me to 404 error messages...

Will the snails live in brackish water or would I just put one in and make sure he sees it/eats it right away?

I was thinking about naming him Milton... I just think its the cutest name for the cutest fish... what do you all think?

I think this is going to be a stupid question but how do you know if a snail is a male or female... or are they both? If I just put a couple snails together in a separate tank will they breed?

It depends on the species of snail.

Just put 10 or so in a tank and they will breed.
