green spotted puffer fish

I have a green spotted puffer fish that I have had for two months. He's about 2 1/2 inches long. He seems happy and healthy. I was wondering if it is normal for a green spotted puffer to be fat in front and skinny in back? I was thinking it's because he is growing.

do u have a picture? i have a puffer with a narrow back and a bigger head, and he has internal parasites. u 'might' want to consider deworming as a preventative.
