Mine are going te be Eric and Shelly they are going to be Figure of Eight Puffers just setting up tank at present.

This is a good thread, we should keep it going.
I just got my teeny tiny GSP less than 2 wks ago and named her "Vanessa". I have no idea if "she's" a male or female but she's sooo tiny (less than an inch) and that just seemed to make her more feminine. I thought she needed a dignified name. She's not too dignified going after snails and bloodworms though :-O

Jordan, because it's gender neutral. I didn't pick it. I tend to name fish after Dr. Seuss characters.

Our four year old son named our two F8's Lilo and Stitch, at first I was like well how can you tell the two apart and then we noticed that one has a dot between their eyes and the other doesn't. The one with the dot is named Lilo

can anyone tell me what kind of puffer he is? i looked through pictures and think he may be either a figure eight or a tetraodon turgidus?

Most likely a M. Turgidus or M. Cochinchinensis

i have a fish named hoover...hes my algae eater though

i also have 2 DP bumble bee and pepto ( after pepto-bismol. my boyfriend named him. because pepto-bismol cures bloating...puffers puff or bload. get it? yah i thought it was lame too but his fish haha)

and i have dumpy my GSP
