i had to ask because i have seen some weird things happens with fish. one lfs took a gsp out of freshwater and put it into sw (sg 1.023) and it did fine. i have also seen fish live through mercury poisoning and a few other freak accidents. thanks for your response though. i had been looking for some...

well, the puffer in question is a f8 due to the fact that it has the spots you speak of in those places. thanks for the id guys.

converting puffers

while looking around, a lot of the puffers that i though would be sw are in fact fw. is there any known way of converting these fish to bw or even full marine? the species in question are the MBU palembang and congo puffers.
