Ive called every lfs around anf none of them carry mussels, which i have been told are very nutritional for dps as are clams . First of all is this true? secondly, would it be ok to buy mussels and clams from publix? third, how would i go about feeding it to my dp, cut it up into small peices? sugge...

Yes i tried frozen. It ate maybe one. lol. My dp is very picky. He loves brine though. But i didnt think feeding him only brine would be ok. Any other foods i could try? frozen or live...

I have a DP and all has been eating are brine shrimp, and an occasional snail (mayb once a week). I was wondering if this diet is good for my puff? I also tried feeding him blackworms but he just stares at them until the disappear into the substrate. He mostly eats his food from the bottom of the ta...

I found it along with some of its babies in a canal near my house. I also found some ramshorn looking snails, which are about pea size. Can i feed either of these to my dp?

14 inches of fish is so not overstocked. Ive asked a lot of people to make sure. Its an inch of fish per gallon. I have a 30 with 14 inches of fish. and id say 3 gallons worth of plants,gravel ect... Ok so from all the opinions I've heard,, more space with a lot of things to cut off eye site between puffs= happier living?
If i create this environment could i try and add some saps with my dp?

I would like more puffers in my tank, i was thinking amazon puffer(I've really really wanted one for awhile), but if not then ill just get more dps i guess. Any suggestions? any of you kept dps with amazons?
