Re: MAY 2010 POTM - VOTE NOW!!

Such a tough choice! Great pictures everyone! I had to go with the one with the amazing detail of the GSP eye. I can't believe how much you can see the different layers in the eye! Truly astonishing! Sure we can't vote more than once though? :(

Re: Help! - Mbu not eating!!

He he, I actually just bought the same bag the other day of the Seafood Melody. So far Teka does not like the octopus

Maybe that's all Kaleeko needs is new food choices :D Wishing you luck!

Re: Help! - Mbu not eating!!

Awe Lisa, I hope he's just being moody or something simple and that everything will be just fine with him! I'm sure he'll jump back in a day or so. I'll be thinking about you guys and sending some positive vibes!

Hope all is well!

Re: This is a sad day for me :o(

:rip: Mr. Puff :sorry: . I'm sorry to hear about what happened, especially since it was so sudden. Hope you're doing ok. Hard to teach the little ones that nothing can go into the tank. Someone almost needs to develop some kind of child proof lid locking device.

Re: Resued Ceylon Puffer....Help needed to make perfect home

Hopefully they will rename them, then at least when someone goes to purchase them they can find the proper care requirements for them. I almost wonder if they two groups got shipped from the same warehouse? Being they were labelled the same. Or there really is not enough information about puffers be...

Re: Resued Ceylon Puffer....Help needed to make perfect home

Thanks PP and PPG!! I didn't even think to add any filter floss to help clear it out! I'll pick some up on my way home and add it as soon as I get home. I hope she likes the new sand! I've gone over the articles a couples times but I think I'll go over them a few more until I get more of a hang on it!

Re: Resued Ceylon Puffer....Help needed to make perfect home

Thanks PPG and J-P! I'll check out Big Al's online right now too and see if I can find what you suggest :D Over the weekend I found a great deal on argonite sand and added it to the tank. Moved Teka into a temporary bucket, set up with tank water, filter, decoration and heater while the water clears...
