Re: Really quick f8 puffer death, do you know why? :(
I tried to find his belly, but his skin was so hard to cut through with my x-acto that I couldn't get all the way into the stomach. I think I got stuck around the...whatever is near the beginning of the tail muscle and then I couldn't cut him anymore because it was pretty hard to slice him open. The...

Oh my gosh I was so worried about him. He is swimming around like usual and looks fine but he scared me, puffing up like that!
Thanks for your input!

Help my puffer puffed!
I am very upset right now because I googled and it told me terrible things about puffers dying when they puff, but just now Roast Beef got caught in the siphon tube (he loves to attack it and I'm always careful to avoid him but he launched himself up it like a rocket) and when he hit the top of the ...

Freezing food in tank water.
I did a search and couldn't really find the answer to this, everything said to defrost in tank water, but is it possible for me to freeze small shrimp, clams, other bits of sea creatures, etc. IN tank water and then just take the whole cup out of the freezer to defrost before giving it to my figure ...
