They got a nice treat of live black worms today. I will probably toss them a few small ghost shrimp the Women caught for me today in a day or two.

My Africans enjoyed some of those nasty black worms too.

As long as they are digestible in nature, they it's a go every few weeks to keep it interesting.

Both of them are under an inch in size. Their tank is filtered well with an outside power filter filtering approx 90 GPH.
