Actually the date was wrong, it was from today (Dec 6th). If it was from an uncycled tank what do you think it was that killed him? Do you think it was ammonia poisoning?

I just got my green spotted puffer. He is living in a 3 gallon tank. I was wondering if he is lonely by himself or if he would benefit from another fish? I've read that they're aggressive, but I just wanted to make sure.
