thanks for the suggestion. That was a type of product I wanted to use, just worried re the puffers. Glad to hear it sould work out ok.

ohhhhh, Pufferpunk that tank is gorgeous!!!!
I know discus are sensitive, so the fertilzer must be ok.

I will have over 3w/gallon and I worry about algea if I on't use co2.

sigh, will using the "fizz tabs" type of co2 aditives hurt my puffers? Do to the high light output, if the balance isnt right I'll be fighting algae non-stop. Co2 diy rigs ect start to hurt my head with complicated workings, I wanted a biocube for simplicity. I have searched and find littl...

Does anyone have a better set up?...Would a 12 gallon Eclipse be as good or better? Would you suggest I up the filtration if I went that route? I nknow I will have to up the bulbs for the plants.

My GSPs required exra filtration, will the little dwarfs?

Bio-cube question

I am thinking of using a 14gallon Bio-cube for a dp tank. Any one use one for this? My concerns revolve around the filtration being adequate as well as the tiny guys being sucked into the intake. I've had tanks before and will cycle and plant before I get the dp,but my local LFS always has them and ...
