At the moment they get along very well. At feeding time the smaller one is a bit more agressive then the bigger one.
Don;t know if it's a pair, the are just to small. But I will keep an close eye on them when the grow older.

They live in an heavily planted 35 gallon tank, with a 300gal/h filter.

Welcome!!!!!! I've had 4 SAP's in the past but not anymore. I found there personality less puffer"like" I don't have a GSP but I have a Ceylon and there so different compared with the SAP, more focused on you as owner. Thereby almost every SAP will be needed of tooth trimming, not my favor...

Says the burr will reach the 30cm, 12 inch. But there's no info further about eating habbits ect.
