Carinotetraodon irrubesco...active? Dwarves too

I have had experience with puffers, so i know about their behaviour, requirements etc. Ive kept figure 8s, GSPs and dwarves. I have a 15 gallon US tank, cycle...

Knight Gobies Have Spawned
I have had a male Knight Goby in my brackish tank for 3 months or so now. About a month ago, i got two females for him. After rescaping the tank, ive ditched the ocean rock and added loadsa slate, as i like to be able to design caves etc. One DIY thing i did was to buy a t-piece like thing for the p...

Re: Large GSP's question
Some fish shops keep their true brackish puffers, like the Green Spotted, in freshwater. Being such a large fish, they need a higher salinity; so if the water its in doesnt contain any, thats not too good for him. Where i work, we got some in at around 4 inches and we didnt keep them in brackish. No...

New GSP and store salinity question
Hey
Just got a GSP for my tank. At the mo, im adjusting the salinity by 1.002 each week, aiming for aroun 1.008 (until my puffer gets bigger). At the store, it was in .005. Will it be okay for him to go from .005 to .002?
