Where are you located? Have you tried talking to your LFS to see if they can order one in?

They are really cheap from medical supply stores. Less than $0.50 each. Great for measuring dechlorinator amounts etc.

Did the gsp tank not have it's own filter? That should have been plenty cycled.

The filter from the 60g should be ok, that's assuming your gsp tank was fresh water.

Once you get the tank stabilized you should start converting it to brackish.
