Ok I did, my puff has no teeth like that but what is that little flap, doe puffers GSP have a little flap just a few mm inside there beek?

I studied my little puffer for a long time, and I really don't know what' i'm looking for teeth wise... perhaps his teeth are fine, what I do see, just insides his little lips is small flap of skin, almost like a tounge, but I don't think it's a tounge or teeth? anyway have a close up pic of a puffs...

I finally got my Ammonia, Nitrite and Nitrate at level 0 -- what exactly does that mean, my aqurium now as a good bilogical filter?

You mean a UV light bulb? are they exspensive or something?

I'm getting reddish brown algee in my tank, which i was told is common in a new tank... how long (time period) will it be before this algree stops appearing

I guess you could say it smelt kinda like that, what does it mean?

Well I don't really remember the smell, but perhaps mild rotten smell? it wasn't a strong oder, i just check now an no odar exists at this moment, though I just did the change 2 days ago.

I was doing my weekly water change the other night, and lifted the lid to my aqurium and notice the water smelt very odd? never noticed this before... what could this mean, is it a good or bad thing?

The chart has no reading of 0 for nitrate and nitrite both have a reading of only .01, ammonia has a reading of 0... so it's it's lighter the the 0.1 reading, i would be okay? What should I do, if my charts don't have a zero reading

You mean the water will be clear or the color will be lighter then the color on the chart?

My nitrate card is in "mg" what is that equivalient to "ppm"

Also my amonia and nitrite cards don't read to 0, they read to 0.1 both

So what should I do thanks,

I checked big alls fishing store online, theres a bunch of stuff there but I don't want to order the wrong stuff? What about dried krill?

I couldn't find the shrimp you mentioned, here's the site perhaps you could recomend a product for me -- http://www.bigalsonline.ca/

I can't find either of those shrimp products at my pet store, any other ideas on what I should do?

Well I'm having a hard time finding small snails that's my problem Any advice? What is krill? I can get turbo snails but they are big and more expensive, that's all I can get.
