with the misses saying get rid of this one i dont think shell take another tank plus just had a baby which is why i dont have time to look after corals anymore :) fish are easy compared to corals

oh thats a shame.........i guess there all different as some say there ok and some say not.............hhhmmmmmmmmmmm and i really wanted to go back to puffers :(

thanks for the replys guys. puffer punk why do you say you wouldnt trust a gsp. you have said that much but no reason for what you said. the guys who have had them in a reef seam to say there ok. have you also had one in a reef??????? any bad experences etc........could you please open up a bit more...

hi i currently am running a full reef marine setup. its 50 gallons. its full of live rock and mainly soft corals like buttons, mushrooms, pink muppet coral and rics. it also has some lps ie acans, hammer, tourch, duncans and very few sps mainly hystrix and plates. now im sure the hermits and shrimps...

thanks for the replys guys. im gonna see how it goes with em in brakish all be it at a higher level than they been in. i brought a refractometer and found the salt level was too low anyway so have been very slowly adding salt to bring the levels up. and as for my marine tank.....credit cruch has sta...

can u give a salt level that will be good for him. one pref that the little figure 8 will cope with too. i know this is not the best of worlds but thats my lfs for u told us they were the same water/salt levels. surley we could get a middle ground as such. they seam to be doing well i must say. they...

hi my girl friend has a small tank with a figure 8 puffer and a green spotted puffer in very light brakish water. the figure 8 is well over two years old now and the green spotted is over a year old so i guess there happy how she keeps them. i am puling my 200 ltr afican cichlid tank down in favour ...

right to answer every one in one swoop. ammonia is not showing any in the test kits i have. ie tablet shake then wait then compare to sheet. nor is nitrite nitrate is around 30 but so is my tap water so not alot i can do about it. yeah there seams to be two trains of thought on under gravel filters....
