@ puffer punk/tj: I used Bio-Spira... I really went off of this site and only this site for: cycling tips, tank setup, requirements, etc.

wht would be a good way to preventthe spread of ich from this point on

i witnessed one of my puffers like rub against one of the caves but they both look healthy no white spots at all
