Yesterday i added live rock to my green spotted puffer tank, today i found the following witch i think is a "Aiptasia Anemone", and then i got many many polyps are they dangerous? Untitled-1.png if it is a "Aiptasia Anemone" how would i go about to remove it? Are the polyps dange...

Found a old picture of him and there he doesn't have the black spot so its new, as i suspected!
The question is, is it any thing dangerous or did he just hurt him self on a snail or some thing?

Well i think its a little raised but i can't be sure as its on the tip of his lip and that part might be raised normally to? And its darker compared to the rest of the body!

Its a 250 L hes alone in there and its been active for at least a half year so it should be cycled!
Edit: and i have threated him against IP with bloodworms soaked in Kusuri Wormer Plus but that was a while ago, could IP show up as a spot like that on the lip?

my gsp got a dark black spot on his upper lip I'm a bit unsure but I think it's new, do I need to worry?

Well hes not 100% but the white spots are going away, all the spots on the body are gone but he has a few on his tail, but the medication against IP has not gotten here yet, my guess it will be here on monday!

Before he had white spots on him i kept him at 25C(77F) now i have increased the temperature to about 29-30C (84-86 F) the fish is much more active since i have done this, im gonna keep it at this temperature for about a week to see if it has any effect on the white dots, i have also slowly increase...

It does read it but there is no scale that low when i look into it.

its a refractometer i googled it and the pictures look exactly like mine.

I have already started adding marine salt to convert the tank to a brackish conditions i don't know my current salinity as my refractometer does not show the lower scales..
Also the fish seem to hover under the filter for extended periods of time is that normal?

they are still there and now it seems that he has 3-5 small white dots on him, what should I do?

it started leaking so i to panik migrate them to a 40 l tank way too small I know but that's what I had..
