I am not 100% sure why i have tiny algee build up in my tank, every week when i do the water changes there is really small amounts. I will get sand in the next week or two, he looks fine for now. He will sit in his cave and under the plant and when all the moss balls are together he sits n them hes hard to spot lol.

The earthworms just came and i let one drop near his cave and he ate it with in a second. Are earthworms a good stable food for a suvattii? There quite big. I keep a small tank that I breed guppies in. I had to set it up when I got my first Congo because she would not eat dead food. I in no way was going to see her starve to death. I did however have to end up starving her for a week to get her on dead food. I just didn't want to do that to her when I ...

My aggressive male and females won't attack shrimp that are the same size as them (one inch) They are not as bad as everyone think, i think.bertie 83 wrote:jesus i know they are insane.... but they attack a larger puffer crikey. I have some earthworms coming so i will try them and keep trying with the bloodworms and mabie some muscles first before any more guppys. It won't even look at the bloodoworms even if there touching him. Mabie a big earthworm will be more better looking. Guppys are cheap and easy to breed my friend ...

If you seen the other post i just got a arrowhead suvatti and it wouldn't eat bloodworms or daphnia so i got abuot 7 guppys from my friend and went out that night. When i woke up the suvatti had eaten 6 of them and two shrimp, i know this is anough for at least a few days. My friends tank is getting...

My large apple snail just bit my arrowhead !!!! Its the most hes moved in the 2 days ive had him, lol. I don't know how it has manged to catch 6 or 7 guppys and some shrimp in the first night.

It has ate everything in the tank some time this moring. I put five guppys out of my friends tank because it wasent eating anything, but there all gone and the big snails are messed up. No sign of the few ghost shrimp either.

Looks like a change in gravel to sand might be in order. Hope the F8 surives until you can move him. He/she is looking good.
