GSP Tanks

Do GSP's require any live rock or live plants...because it would be a lot easier for me if I could just buy some gravel and plastic plants.

Have you taken a look at the profile for GSP's in pufferpedia? Most live plants will die because of the salt, and live rock is not effective, if i recall correctly, until sg of +1.018.

They don't require it but at the higher salinities GSPs require, many of us use live rock and remove the mechanical filters like HOBs and canisters which can be nitrate factories. Helps to keep them more stable.
