I bought some Polished River Rocks sometime ago for an outdoor project. I decided not to use them so now I have these polished rocks I'm not sure what to do with. (I'm sure I could come up with something though ) Would it be safe to place these in the aquarium? I've got some glue that I ordered from Drs. Foster and Smith and thought about gluing the rocks together in some sort of decorative manner but hesitated because I know that he uses something to polish the rocks. Should I try the vinagear test? If it bubbles then don't use them and if they don't bubble use them?

Sorry lots of questions. Just don't want to screw this up!

Probably safe to use, just be careful about stacking them too high. The glues can often not work long-term and the rocks can tumble down, sometimes hurting fish.

Should I still do the vin. test? Guess it wouldn't hurt anything if I did.
