Paul Fox is gonna be the only one to truly answer this, i've only used it in fresh and low end brackish.

I used it at full marine at full strength with live rock, no re-curing of any sort... haven't tried since the mushrooms were added.

Yeah but I have lot of delicate, expensive corals. Lost my 2nd wrass to waising away, even they ate well.

Thats a perfectly reasonable option, the stuff works in under 12 hours, I'd say under 6 possibly, fast enough that the quarantine would not even need to be cycled or water changed under most circumstances.

No way, in a tank with about 150+lbs of rock.

I wouldnt simply because of the snails and other inverts, it could well kill them. Its never been tested in a set up salty tank as it wasnt developed for this, although if you can isolate the fish, you should be ok, its been used on rays etc without a problem.
For a number of reasons, the site has been pulled for now and the med will also be relauched soon as its being seveloped further to comply with the new regs, but if anyone wants any wormer, pm me

Iffy, kind of like with shrimp. Had no effect on my amano shrimp tho.
