Hi Guys,

I noticed that my Fahaka had chomped at some off my Amazon Swords so I decided to put a piece of cucumber in the tank. Is this ok to do?, I am thinking of buying some plants for my tank what do you guys suggest?

They often enjoy destroying live plant decor for fun, but if he will eat veggies, they are good for him, in the wild they get these from the gut contents of the snails, shrimp, and bivalves they eat.

Be sure to remove anything uneaten. Algae wafers would be more nutritous, if he'll eat them.
