It has been suggested that this is a Arothron meleagris.

Looks right to me! The Birch Aquarium here in San Diego has one of these pretty puffs and that's the name they give (they list the common name as Guineafowl Puffer).

My wife wants one when we get a house... of course she also wants a dog, a turtle, a sugarglider, and every other cute thing she sees...[/list]

Yeah, isn't there a couple color forms? The spotted one we all know of and then the yellow form in the pic. Maybe a few color forms in the middle.

Definition: Small Australian marsupial known for pooping all over you and biting the crap outta ya! Jump and glide at your face while peeing all over it. Newborns are great food for big puffers. :shock:
