Does anyone out there no if you sex tassel puffers and if so can they be breed in captivity?

The tassel puffer is a Tertaodon Baileyi.

It has been said that Baileyi's with more cirri (hairs) are potentially males with the females having less, this should only be used as a very rough identifier. I dont recall it being proven yet.

Hilly is correct. There is currently no verfiable way to distinguish their sex from outward appearances. I refer to my hairier one as the mail and the less hairy as female but there's no proof either way.
