Puffer ID?

Picture is a little too small to be sure.
What comes into mind first is a young Sphoeroides testudineus.
Could be a Contusus richei, but this one is from Australia.

I would agree with the possibilty of it being sphoeroides testudineus, it likes to bury itself apparently

Does he know where it was captured?
I am 99% positive it is a Sphoeroides testudineus, or Checkered Puffer. The fin profile and the marking match, as well as the body shape and the way the eyes are positioned on the head giving it a cute 'bug-eyed' look. He will get quite large (about 15") so if he's in that guy's 75 gallon he'll need to be moved. He's lucky to find such a gorgeous fish.

Seems to have tne same kind of snout too. I know some of the Sphoeroides have elongated snouts--that's where I wasn't sure.
